shawl yarn I have acquired

I am going to try a larger project.

Kauni Shawl

This is going to be gorgeous!!! It will be rainbow colored and this is the first diamond on the shawl. I was going to make this one first and started on it over and over but got off track so the Making Tracks shawl was a diversion which will be gotten back to when I have much more done on this shawl.

Going to try lace

I am interested in trying out lace shawls, having worked on some lace socks before. I bought some yarn to match the socks on the last blog posting and want to give it a shot. I just got my new book, Amazing Crochet Lace by Doris Chan for the pineapple patterned shawl in it. I did take a picture of the Knitting Lace Triangles book by Evelyn Clark.
